What do you think about this proposition?

Recent research about educational leadership indicates that the content and andragogy of the training offered to school principals needs to be differentiated for the school context in which a school principal works.

Where the best way to ensure this differentiation is to encourage training providers (government, non-government and universities) to co-create the content and andragogy of school principal training with the school principals; this will ensure the content of the training, and the andragogy used when training school principals, best serves the needs of the school principal and the school context in which the school pricnipals works.
