Is it time to determine and list the educational leadership styles that research tells us make a measureable difference to schooling? And list them in order of most influential through to least influential?

Hattie has created a synthesis of over 800 meta-analysis of research. He has shared his findings. He has exposed the elements that impact on student learning (2015, 2012, 2009). We know that the elements with a factor of greater that 0.4 make a measurable difference to student learning.

Let's do the same with educational leadership.

Let's determine the elements of educational leadership that have a factor greater than 0.4.

And teach students of educational leadership those elements that make a measureable difference to schooling.
